THINK - LAUGH - SMILE - REPEAT
Now, I've been through some life experiences that I reacted to before actually thinking FIRST...making me REACTIVE vs PROACTIVE...which is bad for a person like me who likes to be in control to realize and admit to myself I'm out of CONTROL!(starts singing Janet Jackson)I used to be the person that would be easily pissed off...any little thing...
But now...I've learned to
STOP: literally make yourself STOP skrrt skrrt
THINK ABOUT IT: take this time to be real with your self...keep it 1hunnid...is this worth my energieS, my time, the wrinkles it will cause in my forehead later on in life or health issues
LAUGH: FIND HUMOR IN IT...like really laugh (I promise you're not crazy)
SMILE: change your PERSPECTIVE!!! It's all about YOURRRRR attitude...change position(s) if you have to. If you're sitting, stand, if you're looking straight ahead, tilt your head to side...its all about perspective; once you change that, you'll be able to smile a lot more.
REPEAT: do it all over again with every thing you've got
Sometimes it is that serious, but often times, if you just stop and think about it... (what you have going on, what really matters and whats really important}, I promise it's not even worth the stress, the anxiety, or the headache...
Like the old folks use to say ever so often "take your burdens to the Lord and leave them there." According to I Peter 5:7 NIV "Casting All Your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
He CARES so STOP burdening yourself so much!
I Challenge you to just,
STOP, THINK ABOUT IT
